Lakeland Jr. Wrestling

Weigh ins: Thursday February 14th- Lakeland is 6:00 PM, If you are late you will Not wrestle.

Location: Macopin School: 70 Highlander Drive, West Milford  Boys Locker Room.  

Teams will assemble in age and weight order in foyer.

 Remember: Wrestlers MUST weigh in as a team - MUST wear a Lakeland singlet.

Pee, socks off, whatever you need to do before you step, there is no second chances.

6U: Madison system (Must weigh in on Thursday) Does not advance to Regionals
8U: 43, 47, 50, 53, 57, 60, 63, 67, 70, 73, 77, 80, 87, 95, HWT
10U: 50, 57, 60, 63, 67, 70, 73, 77, 80, 85, 90, 95, 100, 105, 110, HWT
12U: 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, 100, 105, 112, 119, 126, 133, 140, HWT
14U: 77, 85, 90, 95, 100, 105, 112, 119, 126, 133, 140, 150, 160, 170, 180, HWT

Weigh-in procedures:
Weigh ins will be in the Boys Locker Room
*Teams and wrestlers need to be on-time as per the schedule- Lakeland is 6:00 PM

Before entering the Locker room wrestlers should be lined up in Bantam through Intermediate order in the foyer. 
Only the Head Coach and one assistant will be permitted in the Locker  room for the weigh-in – NO PARENTS 
*Wrestlers must wear their Lakeland singlet to weigh in. 
-No weight allowance beyond singlet .2 which is calculated in the program when we enter the data
-One step on the scale per wrestler no exceptions
Seeding Meeting:
-          Will begin promptly at 8:30 in the Macopin Middle School Cafeteria
-          The tournament will be seeded strictly by criteria in Match Master 
-          Head Coach or responsible party MUST be present. All brackets are final once they are off the board.
-          List of coaches per team must be turned in to me at the seeding meeting (6 per team)
