In District 4, Lakeland’s Chris Castiglia (120) was second, followed by teammates Rob Danza (113), Tyler Mursch (126) and Adonai Thompson (182), who all finished third in their respective weight classes and now advance to the Region 1 tournament.
Lakeland’s Danza is seeded 11th at 113 and takes on No. 6 Adam Deitrich of Hawthorne.
Castiglia is seeded seventh at 120 and meets 10th seed Caiden Brouwer of Emerson-Park Ridge in the first round and Randy Wyble is the ninth seed and faces No. 8 Nick Weber of Northern Valley-Demarest.
